This home was built in 1870 and still holds much of its original charm. It is a certified Historic Home and is located by the 5th Street Market District in Eugene and walking distance to Skinner Butte City Park (literally RIGHT across the street!). We are in a busy residential neighborhood. You may hear your neighbors enjoying their evenings outside. There is a nearby train station, you may hear the train going by occasionally. Eugene is an incredible city for walking and biking, you may hear folks walking and biking by the front of the home!
